Description
Shikinohana, meaning flowers of the four seasons, is made from Hirata Village-grown Chiyo Nishiki at this longstanding Fukushima brewery. The name reflects the seasonal cycle of the mountain village, and the sake is brewed with Fukushima's award-winning regionally developed yeast using naturally sourced spring water from the Abukuma highlands.
