Description
Namagenshu made from Chiyo Nishiki, a sake rice locally cultivated in Hirata Village where the brewery has operated since 1751. Bottled undiluted and unheated, it expresses the fruity, authentic character of the raw sake directly from pressing, capturing the full concentration of the Abukuma highland terroir.
