Description
Muroka nama genshu brewed from Kamenoo rice polished to 50%, fermented in a traditional wooden ki-oke barrel at a Tochigi brewery founded in 1860. The combination of the antique grain variety and ki-oke fermentation yields a pineapple-inflected aroma, lush umami sweetness, and a clear, juice-like freshness despite the low polishing ratio.
