🍶
Description

Omachi polished to 70% undergoes binhiire fire treatment and is bottled as a junmai genshu, following the brewery's commitment to low-polish brewing. The result carries a banana-like aroma, rounded fruit sweetness, fine-grained acidity, and a generous Omachi umami that broadens on the palate.
