Description

Tezukuri Osakazuki Daiginjo is the hand-crafted prestige daiginjo from Makino Shuzo, Gunma's oldest brewery established in 1690, made entirely using traditional small-batch artisan methods. Every stage of production receives personal attention from the brewers, resulting in an exceptionally refined sake with a luminous clarity, complex floral and fruit aromatics, and an extraordinarily clean, lingering finish. A collector-worthy daiginjo representing the summit of the Osakazuki range.
