Description

Tamanoi Classic takes its name from the original brand of a sake house established in 1729, whose well water was the founding inspiration for the entire brewery. Brewed with Yume Ikkon rice at 70% polishing, it is shaped around a clean, dry balance of umami and acidity suited for everyday drinking.
