Thirty Vision Jugemu Chokarakuchi Junmai Murokanamagenshu from Kanhokuto Shuzo in Fukuoka is an extremely dry (chokarakuchi) junmai brewed without added alcohol and bottled unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted. The chokarakuchi designation indicates a very high nihonshu-do (sake meter value), delivering a bone-dry, sharp finish with the added richness and vitality of an unprocessed genshu.
