Description
Soganohomare Genshu is an undiluted sake from Irokawa Shuzo, bottled at full fermentation strength without water adjustment. The genshu style accentuates the concentrated rice flavor and higher alcohol, giving this Kanagawa sake a bold, robust character. The soft water of the Sagami region softens the otherwise assertive profile of this undiluted expression.
