Description

A daiginjo produced at the Shirakabegura brewery in Nada, Hyogo, awarded a gold prize at the 2023 National New Sake Appraisal. It is brewed with 100% Tojo-grown Yamadanishiki polished to 35%, using Nada's Miyamizu water, and expresses ripe fruit aromas of apple and pineapple with a velvety sweetness and a quiet, pleasant bitterness in the finish.
