Ariiso Akebono Junmai Ginjo Shishinomai

🍶
Description

A junmai ginjo brewed with 100% Toyama-grown Gohyakumangoku rice milled to 50%. The soft rice sweetness and clean acidity are hallmarks of this label, the brewery's longest-running junmai ginjo. Steamed rice is cooled by the natural sea breeze from Toyama Bay, and all sake is pressed by the traditional fune method to preserve a gentle, stress-free texture.
