Description

It has a soft mouthfeel and rich, and the subtle bitterness and astringency tighten the rear mouth. Use Joetsu -produced rice including contract cultivation. 5 million stones are made by the lid koji method, and the rice is mainly Koshi Tanrei and Yamada Nishiki, mainly 5 million stones.
