Before October 1907, when the sake manufacturing industry started, Maruyama reported that he had opened a sales channel to Shinano Country (Nagano Prefecture) in a long way to make it.
With the memory of such a predecessor, the Maruyama Sake Brewery makes traditional handmade hises.
Ordinary sake and pure rice sake are made by the lid koji method for other products, and for other products.
