Description

There is a smooth mouthfeel with a faint ginjo scent, and the light astringency tightens the rear mouth. Use contract cultivated rice, Joetsu -produced rice, Koshi Tanrei, and Yamada Nishiki from Mita, Hyogo Prefecture. Made of lid koji. Winter limited sale. (November -January)
