Rikyuubai Hanzaemon Shizukuzake (半左衛門 雫酒) is named after the founding ancestor Hanzaemon and uses fukurozuri bag-pressing, allowing sake to drip freely by gravity. From Daimon Brewery in Katano City, Osaka (founded 1826), this shizukuzake collects only the purest, most refined free-run sake, representing the brewery's highest expression of ginjo craftsmanship.
Highly aromatic and elegant, with added alcohol to enhance floral notes.
