Description
The junmai companion to the Harunasan label, this pure-rice sake from Makino Shuzo draws inspiration from the revered Mt. Haruna of Gunma Prefecture. Without added distilled alcohol, the sake expresses a fuller rice umami and a rounder body compared to the honjozo version, with a clean sweetness and a satisfying, warm finish. A versatile food sake suited to Gunma's regional cuisine and a reliable everyday expression from Japan's oldest Gunma brewery.

Gunma
Genroku 3rd (1690) The first Chobei starts making sake brewing. Until the Edo period, Nagabei was invaded for generations, and the brand of sake was "Longmori."
When the Shogunate account magistrate and Oguri Uenosuke traveled to the United States in the first year of Manno, the ancestors followed and returned safely after returning to Japan, and raised the celebration in a large cup, and the sake name was renovated as the "Oshiga Cup."
