Description
Yumejimo Monogatari, meaning 'Dream Pattern Story,' is the ginjo label from Makino Shuzo in Gunma crafted to evoke a sake with a narrative arc on the palate: a gentle, fragrant opening, a soft, rice-sweet mid-palate, and a clean, dry close. The brewery, Japan's oldest in Gunma dating to 1690, brings its award-recognized ginjo technique to this expressive, aromatic sake. It is an excellent companion to lightly seasoned Japanese dishes.
