Description
Mizuo Karakuti Taruzake is a dry taru (cedar barrel) sake using Hito Gokochi polished to 59% from Tanakaya Shuzoten in Nagano. Cedar barrel aging imparts a subtle woody character to the clean, dry Mizuo base, adding a fragrant depth to the karakuchi profile.
