Mizuo Karakuti is a dry sake using Hito Gokochi polished to 59% from Tanakaya Shuzoten in Nagano's Iiyama city. Hito Gokochi (Hitogokochi) is a Nagano-bred sake rice; brewed with spring water carried from the Mizuo mountain source in neighboring Nozawa Onsen, this karakuchi expression delivers a clean, precise finish favored by local Iiyama drinkers.
