Manryo Taru

🍶
Description

Taru sake from Suzuki Shuzo in Iwatsuki, Saitama, aged in Japanese cedar barrels that impart a distinctive woody fragrance. Founded in 1871 as the last surviving brewery in the Iwatsuki district, the brewery uses groundwater from the Chichibu system and produces this taru expression as a nod to the traditional barrel-aging practices of Japanese sake culture.
