Description

Fresh-pressed namagenshu (unpasteurized, undiluted) made from Asa no Hikari rice at this Saitama kura, bottled immediately after the first pressing of the season. The unfiltered, undiluted form retains bold rice character alongside the lively freshness of newly pressed sake. At approximately 18% alcohol, it offers a full-bodied, concentrated texture with a dry, vibrant finish.
