
Description
Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% and soft mountain water from the brewery's own mountain holdings are used for this daiginjo from Yoshino Shuzo in Katsuura, Chiba. The sake won gold at the National New Sake Appraisal in 2017 and was served on ANA international first class flights in 2002, and carries elegant ginjo fragrance with rich umami and clean finish.
