Konoissenniari ginjo from Yoshimura Syuzo in Hyogo is brewed from Ooseto rice in the Tajima brewing facility established in Hamasaka. Like the Fuutsuru ginjo from the same brewery, it reflects the rugged coastal character of northern Hyogo sake production using regional heritage rice.
