Description
Named after the acclaimed NHK drama series set in the hot spring town of Kinosaki, this ginjo-class junmai from Hyogo's Yoshimura Shuzo draws its identity from the brewery's regional roots. Yoshimura pioneered salicylic-acid-free brewing across its full lineup, and developed rapid-cooling equipment to minimize ethyl carbamate in all its products.
