A seasonal limited release, it expresses the clean, dry character of the house style with a fresh, unpasteurized profile.

We run the sake brewing industry with the motto of quality first in a large area in western Nagaoka City. Our sake quality is a liquor that has a solid taste and can be drunk every day without getting tired. The preparation is made of natural water (soft water) drawn from the back mountain of the warehouse in the Yokoido, and rice is mainly used with local rice -based rice -only rice with self -polished rice.
