Description
A junmai brewed with locally contract-grown Gohyakumangoku rice from Nagaoka's Oozumi district, polished to 57%, and water from a hillside spring well. The brewery has pursued pure rice brewing without additives since the 1980s, resulting in a clean, food-forward style with gentle umami and moderate dryness.

We run the sake brewing industry with the motto of quality first in a large area in western Nagaoka City. Our sake quality is a liquor that has a solid taste and can be drunk every day without getting tired. The preparation is made of natural water (soft water) drawn from the back mountain of the warehouse in the Yokoido, and rice is mainly used with local rice -based rice -only rice with self -polished rice.
