Description

Tsurugajo Junmai Ginjo is a regional label produced exclusively for distribution in Fukushima Prefecture, named after the iconic castle of Aizu Wakamatsu. Tatsuizumi's approach of small-batch brewing with locally sourced Aizu rice and water results in the soft umami and gentle acidity characteristic of the brewery.

To make the best use of the goodness of Aizu's rice and water, for the old -fashioned small formula I am making sake brewing. Struggle every day with a look at sake that the creator and the drinker can sympathize with During.
