Yamada Nishiki polished to 45% yields this muroka namagenshu junmai daiginjo from Wakayama's Sekaiitto, a taste-first sake brewed with a restrained ginjo yeast. The 2014 Wine Glass Sake Award recognized this style with a gold prize, and the unfiltered, undiluted bottling preserves full fruit and rice depth.
