Description
Named for Minakata Kumagusu, the naturalist born into the brewery's founding family, this honjozo uses Gohyakumangoku at 70% polishing. It delivers a tanrei dry profile with harmonized sharpness and modest depth, suited for warmed service, as reflected in its gold prize at the 2021 National Kanshu Contest.
