Description

Iwashimizu Origin is an arabashiri first-run sake from Inoue Shuzo in Tochigi, pressed by funashibori tank method and bottled as a muroka unfiltered, raw, undiluted namagenshu. The label reflects the brewery's intent to express the most elemental character of the sake, unmodified by dilution, charcoal filtration, or pasteurization. Namagenshu from arabashiri carries intense, concentrated flavors and a bold, assertive texture that rewards drinkers seeking the sake in its most uncompromised form.

From ordinary sake to Daiginjo, we consistently make sake in the same process. Limited water absorption and small -crew, etc. are all the customer's "delicious", so the sake is put in the sake of the brewer.
