Rate this sake
🍶
Description

A junmai brewed with Omachi rice polished to 65%, released under the Iwakikotobuki label by Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata. Aged and bottled with a distinctive akagane (copper) label, it develops a mellow, rounded character with a soft sweetness from Omachi alongside warm, toasty notes from maturation. Served at room temperature or warmed, the rice sweetness and umami become more concentrated.
