A shiboritate honjozo namazake under the Issho Koufuku Sokou label from Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, brewed with Yamagata rice polished to 65%. Bottled immediately after pressing without pasteurization, it has a fresh, lively character with light fruitiness, a gentle carbonation-like tingle on the palate, and clean rice flavor.
