🍶
Description
Brewed at Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, this celebratory sake uses locally grown Yamagata rice polished to 65%, crafted in small-batch hand production from a brewery reborn after the 2011 earthquake displaced its original Namie, Fukushima home. The brewery bottles each moromi lot individually and stores all sake in bottles, resulting in a sake designed as a genuine sharing drink to carry on the legacy of two hometowns.
