Hannarikyoumeshu Miiri

🍶
Description

Hannarikyoumeshu Miiri is a variant of Kitagawahonke's plum liqueur that incorporates whole plum fruit steeped in the blend, adding a deeper, more textured flavor compared to the standard expression. Brewed in Fushimi, the sake base brings characteristic softness to balance the natural acidity of the ume plums. The result is a layered liqueur that captures both the fruitiness of ume and the subtlety of Kyoto sake craftsmanship.
