Description
A Tokubetsu Honjozo from Kitagawa Honke in Kyoto crafted as a namazume (once-pasteurized) storage sake, pasteurized at bottling and aged to develop depth. The added brewer's alcohol brightens the aroma while the maturation process rounds the flavor into a smooth, well-balanced pour.
