An unfiltered junmai daiginjo genshu brewed with Dewa Sansan at 33% polishing, aged three years at ice-cold temperature before a single-fire bottling. Long aging rounds and deepens the characteristic rich sweetness and lively acidity of the Hakurosuishu style, with complex spice-like notes emerging from the maturation.
