Description
A standard-grade seishu from Takenotsuyu in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, brewed with locally grown Shonai rice varieties and the brewery's deep-layer underground water drawn from 300 meters below the cellar floor. The water, sourced from the depths of Mt. Gassan's ancient aquifer, is uniquely bacteria-free and licensed for direct bottling. The brewery's house style favors soft umami with a clean, dry finish suited to food pairing.
