Description

A junmai presented in a 180ml My Cup format, brewed with Dewa no Sato at 77% polishing. The unusually low milling ratio exploits Dewa no Sato's large-hearted grain to produce a clean, crisp dry sake with sharp umami, winning gold at the 2016 National Kan-sake Contest and the 2017 Junmai Sake Grand Prix.
