A junmai ginjo using Dewa Kirari at 60% polishing, where the large-hearted grain produces clean, clear sake without requiring aggressive milling. This bottling received gold at the 2017 Junmai Sake Grand Prix and gold at the Wine Glass Delicious Sake Award in 2015, 2019, and 2021.
