Description
The flagship Hakurosuishu brand from this Tsuruoka brewery, established in 1992 and named after a verse by Tang-dynasty poet Li Bai. All rice in the lineup is grown in the Haguro area and the sake is built around transparency of flavor and a clean, refined finish.
