Akita Sake Komachi rice is the foundation of this daiginjo from Naba Shoten, a brewery established in 1815 in Akita City's historic Tsuchizaki port district. The brewery uses calcium- and magnesium-rich hard water considered among the finest in the prefecture, which drives vigorous fermentation.
