Description

Rikyuubai Ginjo is the accessible ginjo tier of Daimon Brewery's signature brand in Katano City, Osaka. Founded in 1826 at the foot of the Ikoma mountains, this brewery applies ginjo-method brewing to all grades , tsukihaze koji, extended cold fermentation , and uses soft mountain spring water to deliver an elegant, refined ginjo at an approachable level.
