Description

Furisode Junmai Ginjo is brewed by Kitagawahonke in Fushimi, Kyoto, using only rice, water, koji, and yeast with no added distilled alcohol. The junmai ginjo specification requires rice polished to at least 60 percent, contributing a fruity and floral aromatic profile. Fushimi's soft groundwater integrates with the brewing process to yield a delicate, well-rounded expression under the Furisode label.
