Daikoku Masamune Namazake Genshu is an unpasteurized, undiluted sake from Yasufuku Matashirou Shouten in Hyogo. The combination of namazake freshness and genshu concentration produces a sake with pronounced raw vitality and heightened intensity of flavor.

Yasufuku Matashirou Shouten
Use the full amount of Nada Gogo's proud water "Miyazu" in water, and use the rice -based rice -friendly rice "Yamada Nishiki" and "Hyogo Yume Nishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture, which is famous, to make a handmade with no trouble. The sake is Masamune Daikoku.
