Description
Carefully selected Yamada Nishiki rice is polished to 45% and fermented at low temperature over an extended period by Bitchu-trained brewers at this Kurashiki, Okayama brewery founded in 1909. The result is a fruity-scented daiginjo with a mellow, dry character shaped by high-quality water drawn from the Takahashi River basin.

Watanabe Sake Brewery was founded in Kamejima Nitta, Kurashiki -shi, which was opened by reclamation in the Edo period in 1907.
