Description
Choseimai Murokagenshu is an unfiltered, undiluted (genshu) sake from Kuze Shuzo, bottled without charcoal filtration to preserve the raw, full-intensity flavor of the Choseimai rice. Expect a robust, high-alcohol profile with vivid rice richness, pronounced umami, and a bold mouthfeel that rewards ice or a splash of water.
