Description
Chiyozuru Eden is a Junmai sake from Chiyozuru Shuzo in Namerikawa, Toyama, drawing on the underground spring water fed by the glacial snowmelt of Mount Tateyama. Founded around 1874, this Toyama brewery crafts sake with the mineral-rich, clean water from the Hayatsuki River basin, producing a pure rice sake with the gentle depth characteristic of Toyama's coastal brewing region.
