Description
Chiyokotobuki Tokubetsu Junmai uses Dewa no Sato, a Yamagata-developed sake rice variety, polished to 60%. From this century-old Sagae brewery at the base of Mount Gassan, this pure rice sake draws on the region's hard, mineral-rich brewing water to produce a full-bodied, umami-rich expression suited to warm or cold serving.
