Description

Abukuma Hatsushibori Honjozo is the first-press seasonal honjozo from Genyou Honten in Fukushima, capturing the fresh energy of the new brewing season. Named for the Abukuma Highland, this honjozo uses Fukushima's cold mountain water to deliver a lively, unaged character released annually as a marker of the year's first pressing.
