Description
Muroka Junmaishu Yumeshizukutamura uses Yume no Kaori, a Fukushima-developed sake rice, in an unfiltered junmai from Genyou Honten. The Tamura area of Fukushima, known for its pure highland water, provides the terroir for this sake, and the Yume no Kaori rice contributes a distinctive local character that could not be replicated elsewhere.
