Sansha Junmai Daiginjo Hanakobo Dukuri is brewed by Harada Brewery in Takayama, Gifu, using abelia flower yeast (HNG-5) that contributes a distinctive tropical and fruity aroma to the polished sake. Yamadanishiki rice and the meticulous hand-crafted brewing techniques of the 1855-founded brewery produce a refined, silky texture with concentrated umami and a clean finish. This expression won the highest gold award among daiginjo entries from Gifu at the Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards.
